Africa Bound Safaris was conceptualized by local Kenyans, Tanzanians and Canadians following more than 20 years of experience in the tourism industry, after which they became aware of the vital role played by tour operators in the tourism value chain.

Africa Bound Safaris’ mission is to offer upmarket services that provide an opportunity for travellers to assimilate into the cultures of hosting communities whilst enjoying the inexhaustible attractions of the continent. We are a small corporate outfit specializing in groups between 2 and 12 people who demand personalized services. Catering to honeymooners, family groups, retirees and bird watchers.

In order to ensure continued utilization of the tourism resource base, we support the conservation of wildlife through it’s membership to the EAST AFRICAN WILDLIFE SOCIETY and ECOTOURISM KENYA. Our vision is becoming a market leader in the application of eco tourism principles and promotion of community based tourism to benefit the local people.

The EAST AFRICAN WILDLIFE SOCIETY safeguards and promotes conservation and sustainable management of wildlife resources and their habitats in East Africa. The society’s conservation awareness in rural and coastal areas sponsors projects and contributes directly to the purchase of materials such as boats, radios and equipment for use in the field to protect wildlife.
